Description

Solution

Overload. The device will power

off.

Low battery. The device will

power off after about 4 seconds.

Pairing with smartphone is

unsuccessful.

Do not use this scale for this

measurement as it goes beyond

the scale’s maximum limit.

Replace all 4 batteries at the same

time with a fresh batch of 4 AAA

batteries.

Please confirm the following:

•

Bluetooth on the smartphone

is ON

• The HAPI Connect app is

running on the phone

• Both devices are within

the Bluetooth transmission

distance
