2. Remove the engine oil dipstick

3. Place a drain pan below the engine. Dismantle the
drain plug

and its washer to drain the original
engine oil.
4. After draining all the engine oil, install the drain plug

and its washer.
5. Fill 800 milliliter of new engine oil into the engine via
the oil filling port of the dipstick.
6. Install engine oil the dipstick again

.
7. Start the engine and have it run for several minutes.
8. Stop the engine and inspect the engine oil with
the dipstick several minutes later.
The engine oil
level should be between the UPPER LEVEL and the
LOWER LEVEL.

Use
the
engine
oil
recommended
in
the
“INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF FUEL AND ENGINE
OIL”.

CAUTION
Carefully inspect whether the engine parts that
have been dismantled and installed again suffer
any oil leakage.

Due to that the cover of the right crankcase must be
removed before removing the strainer, whether the
strainer needs to be replaced should be determined
by the professional technical personnel of the
dealer.

Check separation clearance

, counterclockwise revolve the

3. Counterclockwise
revolve
the
adjusting screw

slowly, if you
feel a slight resistance at first, explain that the clutch
has no separation clearance at this time. Perform the
following “Adjust separation clearance” directly.
4. If you feel no resistance at first, continue to slowly
rotate the screw

until you feel a slight resistance
and stop rotating, make the mark line (B) align the
slot of the adjusting screw

at this time, the angle
formed by (A) and (B) is the separation clearance.
