Returns Procedure:
You must send the fixture and all its accessories back in the original box, original packaging and with
pre paid shipping. Hanson ProSystems will not issue call tags. You MUST call Hanson ProSystems and
request a “Return Merchandise Authorization Number” (RMA #) before shipping the fixture. Be prepared
to provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description return reason.
You must clearly label the package with the RMA number that was provided to you by our customer
service representative. Hanson ProSystems will NOT accept any fixture returned without an RMA
number. DO NOT write the RMA number directly on the original box. Instead, write it on a properly
affixed label. Once you receive the RMA number, please include the following information on a piece of
paper inside of the box.

Brief description of the problem
Be sure to pack the fixture properly. Any shipping damage resulting from inadequate packaging will be
the customer’s responsibility. As a suggestion, proper packing or double-boxing is always a safe
method to use. Hanson ProSystems reserves the right to use its own discretion to repair or replace
returned fixture (s).
Shipping Claims:
The carrier is responsible for any damage incurred during shipping to this fixture or any part that
shipped with it. Therefore, if the received merchandise appears to have damages caused during
shipping, the customer must submit the damage report and any related claims with the carrier, not
Hanson ProSystems. The customer must submit the report upon reception of the damaged
merchandise. Failure to do so in a timely manner may invalidate the customer’s claim with the carrier.
For other issues such as missing components or parts, damage not related to shipping, or concealed
damage, the customer must make claims to Hanson ProSystems within seven (7) days of receiving the
merchandise.

9. Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
Hanson ProSystems hereby warrants to the original purchaser, Hanson ProSystems products to be free
of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship during the specific period from the date of
purchase (see specific warranty period on reverse) this warranty shall be valid. It is the owner’s
responsibility to provide dated proof of purchase at the time of service. In cases where a greater than a
12-month difference between date of manufacture and date of purchase, the date of manufacture will be
used as the warranty period start date. This warranty is not transferable. Purchase of Hanson
ProSystems products from an unauthorized reseller excludes you from any Hanson ProSystems
warranty.

For warranty service you must contact Hanson ProSystems Service Department at
(305) 623-2900 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
all returned service items
whether under warranty or not, must be pre-paid by the sender. Hanson ProSystems will at its
own expense, return the repaired product only in the United States and only if the product is
under warranty. If the fixture is under warranty you must provide a copy of your original
invoice. No accessories should be shipped with the product. If any accessories like cables
are shipped with the product, Hanson ProSystems shall have no liability for loss or damage of
accessories.
B. This warranty is void if the serial number has been altered or removed; if the product is
modified in any manner. Do not attempt any repairs yourself; doing so will void the Hanson
ProSystems warranty. If the warranty seal is broken or tampered with, customer's warranty is
void and any warranty claims. If the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone other
than Hanson ProSystems, unless prior verbal consent and written authorization was given to
buyer by Hanson ProSystems; if the product is damaged because of abuse, misuse, wrong
installation, improper maintenance will void all warranties.
C. This is not a service contract, and this warranty does not include maintenance, cleaning or
periodic check-up. During the limited warranty, Hanson ProSystems will replace LED’s and
internal components, and will cover all service and repair labor expenses. The wireless
antenna on the fixtures carries no warranty. The sole responsibility of Hanson ProSystems
under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of the product, or replacement thereof,
including parts, at the discretion of Hanson ProSystems.
D.
Hanson ProSystems reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements upon
is products without any obligation to include these changes in any products thereafter
manufactured.
