Thank you for purchasing the HPS-BPWDMXLED QUATTRO. Every QUATTRO fixture has been 
thoroughly tested and shipped in perfect operating condition. Carefully inspect the shipping box for any 
damages that may have occurred during shipping. If the box appears damaged, check your fixture 
thoroughly for any damage and or missing accessories. Please contact Hanson ProSystems or your 
authorized dealer for further instructions, if the product you have received is damaged or missing parts. 
DO NOT return the fixture to your dealer without contacting them first. 
 

Claims:

 

If the box or any of its contents appear damaged from Shipping or mishandling, notify the 

shipping carrier immediately. (DO NOT contact Hanson ProSystems). Failure to contact the shipping 
carrier in a timely manner may invalidate your claim. In addition, keep the cardboard box and all the 
packaging materials for inspection. For other issues, NOT involving shipping damage; such as, missing 
components or parts, damage not related to shipping, or concealed damage, file a claim with Hanson 
ProSystems within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise. 

 

PLEASE recycle the shipping carton whenever possible.
