1. Do not open the welder case except the MP maintenance and
professional electrician
2. Please turn off the switch of welding machine and distribution box
before opening the case

Don’t let the welding machine be
exposed to sunlight for long periods of
time
Don’t work in strong sunlight
Don’t let the welding machine be
exposed to rain
Don’t store or use the machine in a
very humid environment

When using welding machine ensure
the vent is not covered.
Store in a well-ventilated environment.
At least every six months open the
chassis, and with a dry compressed
air cleaning machine or a vacuum
cleaner clean up the internal dust and
metal scrap
Check all welding cable insulation skin to see if there is any breakage, fix or
replace the cable.
Regularly check all electrical connection parts in the welding machine, and tighten
loose parts.
Please take good care of all equipment, avoid man-made damage.
