6.5 Wire feeder connection
Refer to figure 1: the equipment connection diagram (gas molten welding),connection of
the tube, control cable and welding cables.
Note
1. It is prohibited to use drag-and-drop welding torch, cable, tube to move the wire feeding
machine.
2. When connecting the gas tube or when welding machine is not in use, please close the
cylinder valve.
3. If use water cooling torch, pure water must be used and keep appropriate amount of
coolant. In cold weather, close attention should be paid to prevent frostbite, in case of
damage.
4. When using manual wire feeding, wire feed speed should not be too fast, otherwise it is
easy to cause welding wire to bend.
Security warning
1. Please do not go near the contact tip to see whether the wire is sent out or not during the
wire feeding process.
