Cooking time limit for one cooking
zone
Requirement: The hob is switched on.

1. Touch the cooking zone sensor (9) of the
cooking zone for which you want to set
the cooking time limit.
The indicator will flash.
2. Set the desired heat level.

3. Touch the timer sensor (10) while the
cooking zone indicator is still flashing.
4. Set the required time by touching the set-
ting sensor / (8).

The timer indicator (11) will flash and show
the set time.
After 5 seconds, the timer indicator will be
constantly illuminated and will count the set
time down.
The flashing red dot next to the cooking
zone indicator shows that the cooking time
limit is activated for this cooking zone.

Once the pre-set time has elapsed, the
cooking zone will switch off automatically
and the residual heat indicator “
H
” will light
up.

5. To switch off the cooking time limit in the
interim, touch the cooking zone sensor of
the active cooking zone.
The indicator for that cooking zone will
flash.

6. Touch the timer sensor and then touch
both setting sensors and .
The timer indicator will show “
00
”.
Each touch of the setting sensors
/ reduces or increases the time by
1 minute. Touching and holding the setting
sensors / reduces or increases the time
by 10 minutes.
If you would like to amend the set time
in the interim, you will need to carry
out all of the steps once again.
