Timer function
Timer function
You can use the timer function as a timer or a
cooking time limiter for one or more cooking
areas.
The maximum timer setting is 99 min-
utes.
Use as a timer
The timer only functions while the appli-
ance is switched on. If the appliance
switches off automatically when idle, the tim-
er settings will be lost and the alarm will not
go off.
Setting the alarm time
Example: You want to set an alarm for 25
minutes.

ute.
An alarm will go off after the countdown
expires.
Changing the alarm time
1. Touch the timer sensor (9).
The remaining time will be shown; the dis-
play will flash.
2. Set the new alarm time, as described in
section “Setting the alarm time”.
Stopping the countdown
1. Touch the timer sensor (9).
2. Change the alarm time to “

”, as de-
scribed in section “Changing the alarm
time”.
The display will change to “

”.
The countdown is interrupted.
Use as a cooking time limit
To use the timer as a cooking time limit-
er, the appliance must be switched on
and the selected cooking area(s) must
be in operation.
