NITRITE LOW RANGE
• Add one packet of
HI93707‑0
Nitrite Low Range Reagent.
Replace the cap and shake gently for about 15 seconds.
• Reinsert the cuvette into the instrument and close the lid.
• Press
Timer
and the display will show the countdown prior to the measurement or, alternatively,
wait for 15 minutes and press
Read
.
When the timer ends the meter will perform the reading.
The instrument displays concentration in
µg/L of nitrite-nitrogen (NO
2
-
-N).
• Press

to access the second level functions.
• Press the
Chem Frm
key to convert the result to
µg/L of nitrite (NO
2
-
) and sodium nitrite
(NaNO
2
).
• Press

to return to the measurement screen.
