• The “CAL” tag is displayed in measurement mode.
• If the buffer is not recognized, “---- WRONG” message is displayed. It is recommended to change
the solution and / or clean the electrode.
• Press CAL key to exit calibration.
Note:
If high accuracy is required, a two-point calibration is recommended.
10.2. PROCESS pH CALIBRATION
Prior to performing a process calibration, determine the value using a reference meter. Make a note
of the value.
Note:
To enter process calibration, the user must have the controller and probe calibrated
previously on the meter. The “CAL” tag must be on.
pH process
calibration is a single point calibration performed while the probe remains installed in the
process. The value can be set ± 0.50 around measured pH.
• Press CAL key to enter calibration mode. When the first buffer value is displayed, press one of the
arrow keys to enter process calibration.
• Press the arrow keys again to adjust process calibration value to what was determined with the
hand held measurement. “PROCESS” message is scrolled on the bottom of the LCD screen.
