Tie the string located in the wing around the end of the
aileron servo extension. Use the string to pull the servo
lead through the wing.

-inch (38mm) turnbuckle 10 turns into the
ball end on the control horn. There will be equal amounts
of threads in each of the ball ends at this time.

Retrieve the servo extension at the wing root near the
aileron.

Use the radio system to center the aileron servo.
Attach the servo arm parallel to the hinge line. It may
be necessary to use the sub-trim at the transmitter to
achieve perfect alignment.

Secure the servo in the wing using the screws included
with the servo. Make sure the servo output faces toward
the leading edge of the wing when installing the servo.

Use a Pro-Link wrench to adjust the linkage so the
aileron is centered when the aileron servo is centered.

Attach the ball link to the aileron servo arm so it is 1

sure the tapered washer is between the ball link and
servo arm. Use a 1/4-inch nut driver and 3/32-inch hex
wrench to tighten the hardware.

Repeat the steps to install the aileron servos in the
bottom wing. Make sure to use 18-inch (460mm)
extensions for the
bottom wing
servos. Turn the radio
system off once the servos have been installed.

TOP WING CENTER SECTION INSTALLATION

Remove the screws that secure the canopy to the
fuselage using a 7/64-inch hex wrench.
