Printer maintenance

Periodic maintenance

With a view to keep the printer in good working conditions, operators should do the

maintenance job periodically according to the following instructions.

Daily

Maintenance

clean the frame

clear away the waste ink

clean the bottom of the printhead tray

check the negative pressure system

nozzles checking.

clean the towline and its internal cables

clean the fans and cabinet

clean the waste ink collecting tray

replace the filter fiber

Do the calibration and alignment.
