Chapter 10 failure analysis
Question 1: turn on the power switch, the machine screen without
reaction.
Failure analysis and solution:

check that the power plug is normal or not, the machine power switch is
turned on or not, the power switch is in the "l" position ;

Check power switch (air switch) is open, the master power switch dial to the
"ON" block in the open state;

Check the emergency stop switch is locked or not, clockwise rotation of the
emergency stop switch can be unlocked;

If the above solution failed , please contact the dealer or service staff of our
company.
Problem two: during working the vacuum cleaning device can not suck
up all table chippings.
Failure analysis and solution:

When confirm the whirlpool pump work, check if the entry nozzle is clogged
or not;

Check whether the correct installation of suction hose in the whirlpool air
pump (entry nozzle), and use hand to tighten iron hoop and fixed it well;
