Operation
Sweeping operation control lever
(Fig. 10/4)
The control lever serves to switch
sweeping operation on and off. The fol-
lowing settings are available:
1 = Sweeping operation off
2 = Sweeping operation on
3 = Increased rotary brush pressure
The control lever can also be used to
automatically activate the suction turbi-
ne and side brushes. To do this, the re-
spective function must be switched on.
Only activate increased rotary brush
pressure for a short time, e.g. for stub-
born dirt or in the case of small undula-
tions in the ground. Excessive rotary
brush pressure causes the rotary brush
to wear more quickly.
Switch for side brushes (Fig. 10/5)
The switch serves to lower and raise
the side brushes and to switch the side
brush drive on and off. Function of the
two stage switch:
• Right = side brushes off and raised.
Sweeping only possible with the
main rotary brush.
• Stage 1 (middle stage) lower and
activate right-hand side brush
• Stage 2: (left stage) lower and acti-
vate both side brushes
If the side brushes remain swit-
ched on, the sweeping operati-
on control lever can be used to
automatically control the lower
and activate or raise and deac-
tivate functions.
Switch for suction turbine (Fig. 10/6)
The switch serves to switch the suction
turbine on and off.
If the suction turbine remains
switched on, the sweeping
operation control lever can be
used to activate the function
automatically.
Switch the suction turbine off in
the case of wet waste.
Horn (Fig. 10/7)
An acoustic signal is issued on pressing
the button.
