T h i s f e a t u r e a l l o w s y o u t o s y n c h r o n i z e t h e
phonebooks both on PC and on the phone so
that the two can share the same content. You
can also upload the phonebook in your phone
to the PC to browse or create, delete or modify
the phonebook in the PC and then reload it to
your phone or store it as a file in the PC. If your
phone is lost , you do not have to worry because
you can still import the phonebook file stored in
the PC into the Sync software which allows you
to browse, modify, add and delete it. Then you
can download it from the PC to any mobile phone
that is successfully connected to the PC.
2.7.2.3 Phonebook
Before you can modify the phonebook from the
PC Sync software, you must first upload the
phonebook in your phone to the PC. Then you
can reload it to the phone once modifications
are made.Your phonebook can be stored in two
locations: One in the SIM card memory and the
other in the phone memory. A phonebook record
stored in the SIM phonebook can only have one
phone number while the record stored in the
phone memory can contain several phone
numbers and a variety of i n f o r m a t i o n . W h e n
the phonebook in your phone is uploaded to
the PC and displayed, the 'Storage location'
column in the list will specify whether the
