This document is intended for users of FWU enclosures:

Specifiers, manufacturers, operators and users of switchgear and controlgear
assemblies in accordance with DIN EN

614393. “Distribution boards intended to

be operated by ordinary persons

(DBO)”.

The manual also contains information regarding the efficient use of the
enclosures, as well as guidance on intended use, design, function, assembly,
installation and operation, along with technical data.

Objective

This manual describes the design, function, and use of FWU enclosures. It
conveys important information which is required for safe operation and work on
and with these enclosures.
