1016 Bubble detected in
channel. Bubbles have been
detected in one or more
channels. Remove the cartridge and
rerun the test using a new
cartridge. Verify that the
quantity of blood sample is
sufficient for the test. If the
problem persists, contact
the local Haemonetics
representative.
1030 Pressure leak in
instrument There was a pressure leak
in the analyzer. Contact the local
Haemonetics
representative.
1031 Pressure leak in cartridge There was a pressure leak
in the cartridge. Remove the cartridge and
rerun the test using a new
cartridge. If the problem
persists, contact the local
Haemonetics
representative.
1032 Vacuum leak in instrument There was a vacuum leak
in the analyzer. Contact the local
Haemonetics
representative.
1033 Vacuum leak in cartridge There was a vacuum leak
in the cartridge. Remove the cartridge and
rerun the test using a new
