The output shows that password authentication is required for console port login, and the password has

in plain text.
NOTE:

Upon reboot, the system runs with the default configuration, with the configuration file
stored in the Flash memory. To restore the original configuration, use the
display
saved-configuration
command to view the contents of the configuration file, copy them
and run them.

If the password is stored in plain text, use the
display current-configuration
command to
view the password in the current configuration. If you use the
set authentication password
cipher 123456
command to set your password, the password will be stored in cipher text.

Save the new configuration.

After modifying the user password, use the
save
command to save it.
Super password loss
The super password allows you to switch between four super levels. Without a super password, you
cannot perform higher privilege operations.
Select
8
from the BootWare main menu to clear the super password.
NOTE:
•
After selecting
8
and restarting the switch, you will directly enter system view.
•
This setting works only once. When the switch is restarted for a second time, the super
password is restored.
