3.2 MIM-1GBE/MIM-2GBE Module
3.2.1 Introduction
1-port 10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T Ethernet electrical interface module
(MIM-1GBE) and 2-port 10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T Ethernet electrical
interface module serve to complete the communication between a router and a LAN.
The GBE (Gigabit Ethernet) supports:

Transmission distance up to 100 meters over the category 5 twisted-pair cable;
z
Operating speeds of 1000 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and 10 Mbps, as well as
auto-sensing;
z
Half-duplex/full duplex, autosensing
