3.3. Installation on front passenger or back seats
The tree-point-belt of a vehicle is made of 4 parts: the lap belt (
O
),
the diagonal belt (
N
), the belt latch (
P
) and the belt buckle (
Q
).
Put the seat shell (
A
) on to the car seat with its back to the driving
direction (
«REBOARD»
).
Slide the lap belt through the side belt guides (
B
) marked
by a blue arrow on the right and left side of the seat
shell (
A
) and fasten the vehicle‘s three-point belt with
an audible
«click»
sound in the belt lock.
Tighten the belt again by pulling
it towards the belt retracting system.
Finally fix the diagonal belt of the vehicle
belt in the rear belt guide (

) marked by a
blue flash. Ensure that the carrying handle
(
G
) is in the horizontal position (security
position.
WARNING
:
Do not use any other method of securing the baby car seat as the one described
here. Respect the blue markings for the belt guides. The belt buckle of the adult seat-belt
must not come in the way of the weight distribution points (belt locks, etc.). In any case of
doubt contact the dealer, manufacturer

3. Installing the HEYNER®SuperProtect AERO car seat
into your car
3.1. Preparation
The seat can be placed on all passenger seats in the car equipped with
three-point seat-belts. It must not be positioned on the centre back seat
however, if this is only equipped with a lap seat-belt! The seat can be
placed on the front passenger seat with some constraints
(no activeair bag) or on the back seats of the car.
The baby seat is
ALWAYS
to be installed in
REBOARD
position!
3.2. Installation on the front passenger seat
To install the HEYNER®SuperProtect AERO on the front passenger seat,
first push the seat back as far as possible and put the back rest in the most
upright position. The headrest must also be placed in the lowest position.
WARNING
:
The front passenger seat airbag must be deactivated or removed. Make sure that you are always
fully informed about the airbag by asking the respective car dealer or official garage about it and
getting them to do the necessary work for you. A wrongly installed or a non-deactivated airbag
can cause fatal injuries to your child or dead in the case of accident!
