IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. This appliance may only be connected to the same main voltage as
shown on the rating plate.
3. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse or rinse
housing, cord or plug in water or other liquid.
4. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off
parts and before cleaning.
5. The use of attachment or accessories which are not supplied with the
appliance are not recommended. This could result in electrical shock
or injury or permanent damage to the appliance.
6. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot
surface.
7. Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.
8. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
9. When opening the lid cover, hot steam might escape causing burns.
10. When roasting for extended time, make sure the fat from the food
does not overflow from the drip tray.
11. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the
appliance is operating.
12. The appliance can not be partially or fully immersed in water for
cleaning.
13. Only the appropriate connector supplied by the manufacturer must
be used.
14. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order
to avoid a hazard.
15. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision orinstruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved.
