5.2.1 Operation with a CA module
In order for this function of the CA module to be possible, in
the “Selecting the input transport stream” – “
INPUT
” menu
(page 20) an input signal source must be selected whose
transport stream contains services which can be decoded by
the CA module you are using and your smart card. Where
both encrypted and unencrypted services are transmitted,
short-term picture loss may occur when switching between
encrypted and unencrypted services.
Setting the operating voltage for the CA module
In this menu the operating voltage for the CA module can
be set.
