4. Roof Assembly

Attaching the Center Collar to the Peak Ring Weldment
The center collar assembly is a three piece design and attaches to the peak ring weldment using the
Z-collar support clips (4).
1. Position the Z-collar center collar support clips (4) on to the peak ring weldment as shown in
Figure 4G.
2. Install the 5/16" x 1" flange bolts (2) and 5/16" flange nuts (3), securing the Z-collar support clips (4)
to the peak ring weldment (1).

3. Place the three center collar (5) pieces over the Z-collar support clips (4) and secure the center collar
pieces (5) together using 5/16" x 1" flange bolts (2) and 5/16" flange nuts (3) as shown in Figure 4H.
NOTE: Make sure the center collar (5) is free to move for adjustment on the Z-collar support clips (4)
to align with the roof flashing holes.
