“Locking” the temperature
setting

Switch the appliance on by press-
ing the On/Off button

seconds.

lights up in blue.

Press the heat setting buttons »+«

or »–«

to set the tempera-
ture.

The set temperature level is locked
automatically after 5 seconds and
the temperature cannot be altered
during use.
– In the display, the »

« symbol
appears next to the tempera-
ture.

To “unlock” the temperature,
press the heat setting button »–«
(LOCK) for a few seconds.
– In the display, the »

« symbol
disappears.

After unlocking the temperature,
a new temperature level can be
selected or the appliance can be
switched off using the On/Off
button

The special temperature settings
make this appliance suitable for all
types of hair, wet or dry.
Using your hair styler, you can:

Straighten hair,

Shape the ends (inwards and
outwards),

Style soft-cascading waves and
curls.
You can style / straighten your hair
when it is dry, damp or towel-dry.
Wet hair dries while it is being styled
/ straightened.
