Delete user methods (polynomial or concentration)
Every valid user method can be overwritten. An existing user
method ("polynomial" or "concentration") can even be totally
deleted and thus removed from the method selection list:

6.4 Data transfer, DIT-IR module
To transmit stored or current data to a PC, the optional DIT-IR
(infrared interface module) is required.
6.4.1 Data transfer to a PC
To transmit test results to a PC, the DIT-IR module as well as a
transfer software is required. The transfer software is comprised
in a DIT-IR standard delivery.

Press the [Mode] key.
Press the [Shift] and [6][6] keys.
Confirm with the key.
This display appears.
Enter the number of the user method you
want to delete (in the range from 800 to 824
or from 850 to 859),such as [Shift] and
[8][0][0] for 800.
Confirm with the key.
The query is displayed:
• To delete the selected user method,
press the [Shift] and [1] keys.
• To keep the valid user method, press the
[Shift] and [0] keys.
The photometer returns automatically to the
"Mode" menu.
Press the [Mode] key.
Press the [Shift] and [8][0] keys.
Confirm with the key.
This display appears.
To increase the contrast of the LC display,
press arrow key .
To decrease the contrast of the LC display,
press arrow key .
To increase the contrast of the LC display by
ten units, press the [Store] key.
To decrease the contrast of the LC display
by ten units, press the [Test] key.
Confirm with the key.

This function informs you about the current
software version, the condition of the power
supply, the number of performed tests and
free memory capacity.
To display the number of performed tests
and the free memory capacity, press the
arrow key .
To return to the "Mode" menu,
press the [Esc] key.
