3. Install correct pressure pad for underpinner
operation by threading it onto bottom of pres-
sure bar. Attach pressure bar to cross bar
using adjustable handle (see
Figure 6).
4. Install front clamp onto spring assembly pin
(see Figure 7) and into table slot.

5. Install 9V battery into battery case under rear
side of work table.

To assemble machine:
1. With the help of an assistant, tilt underpinner
on its side and install four rubber feet onto
base (see
Figure 5).
The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to
Needed for Setup and gather
all listed items. To ensure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean any parts that are cov-
ered or coated in heavy-duty rust preventative (if
applicable).
2. Attach table extension wings using (8) M6-1 x
10 cap screws and (8) 6mm flat washers (see
Figure 6).
Note: Use a straightedge to adjust exten-
sion wings level with the table (see
Figure
6). It may be necessary to adjust extension
wings up or down to level. Thin shims may
be placed between extension wing and table
edge to raise extension wing, if needed.
