Always wear approved eye protection and respirator.

Always keep all guards in place and in proper operating

Never perform jointing or planing cuts on pieces

 

 

smaller than 8" long, 3/4" wide, or 1/4" thick.

Always use push blocks when face planing. 

 

6.

 

Keep hands at least 12" away from cutterhead. 

 

7.

 

Never cut deeper than 1/8" on a single pass.

Do not wear loose clothing, gloves, jewelry, or other items 

that can get entangled. Tie back long hair and roll up 

sleeves.

Turn motor OFF and disconnect power before changing 

blades, adjusting tables/fence, or servicing.
