Operation Safety
SECTION 4: OPERATIONS
NOTICE
: Never operate the spray booth without
all of the air filters installed!
To fill the air filter indicator (manometer):
1.
Turn the spray booth
OFF!
2.
DISCONNECT THE POWER!
3.
Check to make sure the manometer body is
level. Adjust as needed.
4.
Rotate the zero adjustment knob counter-
clockwise (
Figure 24
) until it stops, then turn
it clockwise three turns.

Remove the plug (
Figure 24
) and fill the
chamber with the included red gauge oil until
the fluid level reaches zero on the indicator.
Minor fluid level adjustments can be made
using the zero adjustment knob.
Note:
Only use Dwyer
®
red gauge oil to fill
the manometer. If you need additional oil,
order Grizzly part number P0532095.
Damage to your eyes, lungs, and ears could
result from using this machine without
proper protective gear. Always wear safety
glasses, a respirator, and hearing protection
when operating this machine.
Loose hair and cloth-
ing could get caught in
machinery and cause seri-
ous personal injury. Keep
loose clothing and long
hair away from moving
machinery.
