About Service
SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Too little airflow in booth.
1. The filter is dirty.
2. Obstructions exist in front of the filters.
3. Filters do not meet design specifica-
tions.
4. Fan is dirty.
5. Filters not installed correctly.
1. Change the filters.
2. Remove obstructions.
3. Change filters to meet correct specifi-
cations.
4. Clean fan.
5. Make sure all filters are installed and
properly seated.
Too much airflow in booth. 1. Filters are not correctly seated. 1. Make sure all filters are installed and
properly seated.
The filter indicator does not work prop-
erly. 1. Fluid level is low.
2. Obstructions exist in hoses.
3. Air filter indicator is not level.
1. Check fluid level and add fluid as
needed.
2. Remove obstructions from hoses.
3. Loosen manometer mounting hard-
ware, level using sight glass, and tight-
en mounting hardware.

1. Paint build-up on exhaust fan blades or
exhaust duct.
