DATA SHEET FOR HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS: FOX MULTI CARRIER
DRAIN: connected to drain sockets on FOX Multi Carrier and vehicle
The smallest hose is for the DRAIN: marked with BLUE.
The hose is connected to a pressureless (0 bar) tank connection.
Drain hose must not be connected to RETURN!
Drain pressure must never exceed 2.0 bar at the engine.
Failure to do so will damage the hydraulic motor and void the warranty.
PRESSURE: connected to pressure sockets on the FOX Multi Carrier and vehicle.
The mid-size hose is for the PRESSURE: marked in RED .
Pressure specifications for the given motor should be observed!

RETURN: connected to return sockets on the FOX Multi Carrier and vehicle.
The biggest hose is for RETURN: marked in GREEN.
The hose is connected to the double-acting socket.
Minimum pressure: 5 bar (recommended)
Max. back pressure 15 bar at the engine.
There are drain connections on all GreenTec’s motors, and drain connections
MUST therefore be mounted directly in a pressureless tank
(Max. 2.0 bar on the motor drain return connection)
It is a good safety to check the pressure by measuring, after the machine has
been mounted.
The machine must be powered by hydraulic oil from the vehicle. The driver of
the vehicle should have knowledge of how the oil should be handled
(Always see safety data sheet for the hydraulic oil used)
High pressure oil spray from damaged fittings or hydraulic hoses can
penetrate the skin and cause serious injury.
