6.3 Enabling the AUTO PRE FEED Mode
When the CE2000 first receives data while the AUTO PRE FEED setting is ON, it automatically feeds
the medium forward and backward by the specified distance. This operation marks the cutting film
with the tracks of the grit rollers and thus prevents the film from slipping out of place. When using
roll film, moreover, the CE2000 automatically advances the leading edge of the medium.

To disable the AUTO PRE FEED mode, press the

key to move the blinking cursor to the
OFF position.
When the cursor appears in front of the desired setting, press the
ENTER
key to register your AUTO
PRE FEED setting.
