GENERATOR PROTECTION AGAINST OVERLOADING
In case the switch with AC overcurrent protection (9) or the DC overcurrent protection (5) actuate,
reduce the generator load. Change the switch with AC overcurrent protection (9) to “ON” position.
Replace DC overcurrent protection (5).
START-UP USING A BATTERY
Combustion engine is equipped with a starter, which allows to start with a battery.
Battery is not included in the generator equipment.
Battery used for engine starting must feature the following parameters:

Voltage: 12V
-
Capacity: 7 Ah
-
Battery size: 150x65x93 mm

Put the battery in the place designed for this purpose.
●
Observe polarity when connecting the battery.
●
To start the engine, turn the key of the ignition switch (13) from “ON” to “START” position.

Daily maintenance
●
Check the generator condition before each use.
●
Check oil level in the oil sump.
●
Check fuel level in the fuel tank.
Never fill the tank with fuel near open flame or while smoking a cigarette.
Ensure the fuel filler plug is tightened and does not leak.
MAINTENANCE CHART
Periodic maintenance guarantee appropriate and safe operation of the combustion engine driven
generator. Major repairs should be carried out by authorized service or personnel after specialist training.

Combustion engine does not start up
1. Fuel system
Combustion chamber in the engine is not supplied with fuel.

Fuel tank empty — fill up with fuel.
●
Fuel flow system blocked — clean the system.
