PREVIEWING & PRINTING LABELS
Pressing
PREVIEW
from any screen displays a representation of the label design
as it appears when printed. The preview screen shows text and images to actual
size. Use the arrows on the direction pad to view other parts of the label design.
Press
PRINT
to print your label or
MENU
to go back and edit your label design.
When the label is finished printing, pull down on the red
cutter lever
to cut the
label. The label roll is set, and the
printer
is ready to print the next label. To
cancel the print job at any time, press ESC .

NOTE:
If the printer’s auto-feed setting is off (see page 27), it is necessary to first press
FEED
to feed
the remaining printed portion of the label from the printer prior to cutting the label.
DELETING CURRENT LABELS
1.
Delete a current label and clear the edit screen .......... FUNC DEL

NOTE: FUNC
activates the red key definitions (see page 8), in this case
DEL ALL

2. When the message “Delete label?” appears ................
DELETE

NOTE: To leave the currrent screen without deleting the current label design, press MENU .
SAVING LABELS
A label design remains on the edit screen until it is saved or deleted, even if
the printer is turned off and back on. When replacing a label design with a new
design, the printer prompts the user to name the label design to be saved.
