15)
Rotate the chuck until the valve is at the bottom (in the 6
o'clock position).
16)
Inflate the inner tube (until all wrinkles have disappeared)
to prevent it from being pinched during the mounting of the
second bead.

Install an extension on the valve and then remove the nut.
Note: This process makes the valve free so that it is not torn

Das bewegliche Bedienpult in die Arbeitsposition C bringen.
18)
Lift the wheel and mount the rim clamp approximately 20
cm to the right of the valve on the outside (see fig. U).
19)
Rotate the chuck clockwise until the rim clamp is in the 9
o'clock position.
20)
Put the tool arm (14, fig. D) into the working position.
21)
Move the hook tool until its red reference point is aligned
with the outer edge of the rim and has a distance of 5 mm
from it.
22)
Slightly rotate clockwise until the bead lifting lever 141/90
(cf. Fig. V) which is available on request, can be put into its
slot on the hook tool.
23)
Hold the lever that will lead the bead into the rim bed and
continue the rotation until the tyre mounting is completed.
24)
Remove the rim clamp. Remove the hook tool by turning
the chuck in the opposite counterclockwise and pulling it
outward.
Move the mobile control unit to working position B.
25)
When the tyre is on the platform, check that the valve is
in the middle of the opening. Otherwise, slightly rotate the
chuck to improve the position. Then fix the valve with the nut
and remove the extension.
26)
Close the clamping claws of the chuck and hold the wheel
firmly so that it does not fall over.
WARNING! This process can be very dangerous! Do this
by hand only if you are absolutely sure that you can keep
the wheel in balance. For heavy and particularly large
wheels it is essential to use suitable lifting equipment.
27)
Use the platform to free the wheel from the chuck.
28)
Remove the wheel.
