Rim Wheel
Put the mobile control unit in position D.
17)
Lift the wheel.
18)
Place the working arm in working position.
19)
Position the chuck so that the bead
breaking disc is at the same height as the
bead.
20)
Turn the chuck and at the same time move
the disk forward until the tyre is completely
separated from the split rim.
1)
Clamp The wheel on the chuck as described above. Make
sure that the air is drained from the wheel.
Move the mobile control unit to working position C.
2)
Place the tool arm (14, fig. D) in the working position and
locked onto the clamping cone.
3)
Press the joystick to arrange the wheel so that the disk just
touches the outer edge of the split ring.
4)
Turn the chuck and push at the same time until the split ring
is moved back from the rim edge. Make sure that the O-ring
does not get damaged in the process.
5)
Repeat the process, but move the disk against the split ring
(cf. Fig. z) until the locking ring is released, which is then
pulled out with the lever (20, fig. z) or the disk.
6)
Remove the O-ring.
7)
Move the tool arm (14, fig. D) away from the rim edge.
Unlock the locking cone and lift the arm to the "out of
operation" position. Bring the tool arm to the rear side of the
wheel.

Press the lever (15, fig. D) and twist the tool by 180° until it
snaps into place automatically. Lower the arm into the working
position and re-lock it.
Move the mobile control unit to working position D.
9)
Rotate the chuck and lower it at the same time so that the
disk gets inserted between the bead and the rim edge. When
the bead starts to loosen, move forward with the disc until the
outer bead is flush with the outside edge of the rim. Note:
During the process it is necessary to lubricate.
10)
Bring the tool arm to the "out of operation" position.
Move the mobile control unit to working position B.
11)
Position the moving platform (4, fig. A) right underneath
the tyre.
12)
Lower the chuck until the tyre rests on the platform.
13)
Move the platform to the outside until the tyre and the split
ring are completely detached from the rim.
14)
Remove the rim from the chuck.
15)
Place the tyre on the platform with the split ring pointing
towards the chuck.
16)
Clamp the split ring with the chuck.
WARNING! The tyre is not securely attached to the split
ring. Any stresses during positioning and/or clamping
may cause the tyre to fall off.
