Expansion Kit Offerings
If you want to expand beyond an 8-point system, you will need to purchase additional kits based on the following:
For example, if you have a base 4-point (2 PD pump)
lube kit (25U418) and you want to expand to a total of
12 lube points (6 PD pumps), of which you have a total
of 3 catalyst pumps, you would order the following: - Qty 1 of 24Z507 (CSP, 12 outlet)
- Qty 4 of 25U421 (Kit, PD CSP Fluid Connect, 2
Point)
- Qty 2 of 25U422 (Kit, PD TSL Lube, Rod Guard)

Step 1 - Determine whether you have an existing 2, 4, 6, or 8-point system, or select one and purchase that
as your base system
Step 2 - Select one of the following CSP to match the TOTAL number of lube points (2 points per
PD pump, with 5 to 11 PD pumps)

124746 Fitting, Straight, 10-32 UNF x 1/4" Push To Connect (PD throat cup inlet from
CSP)

16W302 Fitting, Barbed, 10-32, (for throat outlet, Cat rod guard, & TSL cup + spares) 6

Step 4 - Order additional catalyst pump rod guard kits depending on how many additional
catalyst pumps you have and intend to lube
