Make sure the pins on the solenoid valve cable

are oriented as shown in F

. 30 before the cable is

plugged into the solenoid valve.

Robot Controller (if used)

5. If using a Single iQ Ram Supply System:

a. Connect the included M12 8 pin cable (128441)

from Port C4 to the robot controller (not
included).

6. If using a Tandem iQ Ram Supply System:

a. Connect one end of the M12 8 pin splitter on the

tandem block to Port C4 on the Electric Driver.
Connect one cable to each ram.

b. Connect the included M8 12 pin cable (128441)

from the female end of the tandem block splitter
M12 8 pin to the robot controller (not included).

Heat (Hoses and Block)

7. If using a Single iQ Ram Supply System:

a. Connect Supply Hose 1 circular electrical

connection to Power Junction Box port C5.

b. Connect valve electrical connection to Supply

Hose 1 square electrical connection if Supply
Hose 2 is not used.

c. If using Supply Hose 2, connect Supply Hose 2

circular electrical connection to Power Junction
Box port C6 using the included extension cable.

d. If using Supply Hose 2, connect the valve

electrical connection to Supply Hose 2 square
electrical connection.

8. If using a Tandem iQ Ram Supply System:

a. Connect Tandem Hose 1 circular electrical

connection to Power Junction Box port C5 on iQ
Ram Supply Unit 1.

b. Connect Tandem Hose 2 circular electrical

connection to Power Junction Box port C5 on iQ
Ram Supply Unit 2.

c. Connect the Tandem Block electrical

connection to Tandem Hose 1 square electrical
connection.

d. Connect Supply Hose 1 circular electrical

connection to Power Junction Box port C6 on iQ
Ram Supply Unit 1.

e. If using Supply Hose 2, connect Supply Hose 2

circular electrical connection to Power Junction
Box port C7 on iQ Ram Supply Unit 1 using the
included extension cable.

If using Supply Hose 2, connect the valve
electrical connection to Supply Hose 2 square
electrical connection.

g. If Supply Hose 2 is not used, connect the valve
