12-1:

  To attatch wheels to 

the Top Plate, first apply a 

Wheel to each of the 1-1/2” 

PPH Screws, follow this with 

a 3/16” Washer.

12-2:

  Now insert the screws 

into each of the wheel holes.  

(Use Fig. 12-1 to help determine which holes are the wheel holes.)

12-3:

  Next apply a 3/16” Flat Washer, and finally fasten the assembly to the carriage with a 1/4” 

Jam Nut.
