Voltage Measurements
Voltage measurements include 15 kinds of voltage parameter measurements.
Figure 75 Voltage Measurements
1. Pk-Pk:
Difference between maximum and minimum data values.
2. Max:
Highest value in input waveform.
3. Min:
Lowest value in input waveform.
4. Ampl:
Difference between top and base in a bimodal signal ,or between max and min
in an unimodal signal.
5. Top:
Value of most probable higher state in a bimodal waveform.
6. Base:
Value of most probable lower state in a bimodal waveform.
7. Cmean:
Average of data values in the first cycle.
8. Mean:
Average of all data values
9. Stdev:
Standard deviation of all data values
10. Cstd:
Standard deviation of all data values in the first cycle
11. Rms:
Root mean square of all data values.
12. Crms:
Root mean square of all data values in the first cycle.
13. Overshoot:
Overshoot is distortion that follows a major edge transition expressed as
a percentage of Amplitude. ROV means rising edge overshoot and FOV means falling
edge overshoot.
