Ingredients:

chopped basil
approximately 1 TBSP
paprika powder
Sea salt, pepper to taste
approximately ½ cup
breadcrumbs for breading
Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press.
2. Mix the garlic, other spices and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
3. Separate the egg white and add it to a separate bowl.
4. Dip the cod

llet in the egg white and then bread it with the garlic-herb bread-
crumb coating.
Zucchini sticks
Ingredients:

Preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into small sticks.
2. Whisk the eggs.
3. Place the eggs,
fl
our and breadcrumbs in separate small bowls.
4. Coat the zucchini sticks in the
fl
our, then dip them in the egg and bread them.
Apple turnovers
Ingredients:
1 – 2
apples

aky pastry from the chilled section

sugar
2 TBSP

1 – 2 TBSP
lemon juice
Cinnamon to taste
Preparation:
1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into small pieces.
2. Mix the apple pieces,
fl
our, sugar and lemon juice and add cinnamon to taste.
3. Roll out the
fl
aky pastry and divide into dough squares with approx. 10 cm sides.
4. Spread a tablespoon of the
fi
lling on each of the dough squares.
5. Coat the edge of the dough with a small amount of water and fold over into triangles.
Firmly push down on the dough edge.
