Conveyor belts
Inspect if the belt(s) and magnet roller are free of metal particles every day.
Keep the installation as clean as possible, to prevent contamination between belt and roller.
Regularly inspect the side dust flaps.
Change the belt if it is damaged. When doing this, also inspect the magnet roller(s) and other
accessible areas of the device.
Make sure that the conveyor belt and rollers are cleaned regularly.
Contamination can cause extra wear to the belt and/or misalignment of the belt.
As an extra cleaning measure, the NF separator can have an adjustable scraper on the return side, in
case of fine- and/or wet product fractions. The scraper should be mounted as close to the belt as possible.
Regularly inspect the scraper and keep it clean.
