13. Both supports (3) of the inner frame have
to be removed, so extra support is
needed.
Note: Two different versions have been produced,
either the device has a moveable beam in its
frame or a special tool needs to be attached to
the frame.
The way of working after that is the same.
14. Slide out the beam to its maximum
position.
15. Attach a hoist crane with a lifting strap to
the beam.
Note: to be able to place the new conveyor belt,
the main supports of the inner frame have been
split up in a (fixed) large piece and a (removable)
short piece.
16. Remove all attachment bolts (3) from the
upper support bracket (4).
17. Loosen the attachment bolts on the other
side of the device a few rotations.
18. Repeat steps 16 and 17 for the lower
support bracket.
19. Lift the upper side of the frame a bit with
the hoist and remove the upper- and
lower support brackets.
20. Ask for assistance of colleagues and
remove the belt from the rollers.
