– TROUBLESHOOTING
This section provides answers to frequently asked questions about using your NTP device.
First of all, make sure that the GTNetworkManager2 software is installed on your computer.

DETECT A DEVICE!

Check the cable connection. If the ETHERNET LEDs are visible, the LED at the top left
should light up green. Otherwise, there must be a network connection error or a power
issue.

If you are using several VLANs (Virtual Local Area Networks), check that the device is
on the same VLAN as your computer.
►
Connect your computer directly to the device using a direct cable. The device
automatically takes an IP address (format 169.254.x.y). Change the IP address of your
computer to this type by using a network mask 255.255.0.0.
I CANNOT OPEN THE CONFIGURATION WEBPAGE!

Firstly, can GTNetworkManager2 detect the device?
