General description
1.

Use
1.
Before use, make sure your hair is dry and
combed.
2.
To lock and unlock, press the button with the
lock symbol.
3.
During use, do not use any flammable
substances in order to avoid any accidents.
4.
Ionization function will be activated
automatically when the appliance is switched
on.
5.
Do not switch on the appliance if it is not
unlocked first.
6.
Press the on/off button to switch the appliance
on and off.
7.
To set the temperature, press the knob several
times until the desired temperature is set:
150 °C, 170 °C, 190 °C, 210 °C, 230 °C.
8.
When the straightener reaches the desired
temperature, the on/off light stops flashing.
9.
Start with the lowest temperature.
10.
For thin hair, we recommend a temperature
between 150 °C and 170 °C; for hair of medium
thickness, we recommend temperature
between 170 °C and 200 °C; for thick hair, we
recommend temperature between 200 °C and
230 °C.
11.
During use, do not touch the plates or parts of
the straightener near the plates in order to avoid
burns.
12.
Straighten the hair gradually, one strand at a
time.
13.
Run the straightener along the entire strand of
hair without stopping.
14.
It is not recommended to straighten (or iron) the
hair more than twice in the same spot, as this
could damage the hair.
15.
Before storing the appliance, make sure it has
cooled down completely.
16.
Always disconnect the appliance from the power
mains when you finish using it or before placing
it on a work surface. Keep the appliance in a dry
place out of reach of children.
Maintenance & cleaning
Before cleaning the appliance, always unplug it from
the power outlet. Wait for the appliance to cool down.
Do not immerse the appliance in water and do not
clean it under running water. Do not use any
abrasive cleaners. To extend the useful life of the
appliance, we recommend you regularly clean the
dust and impurities from the plates. Wipe the
appliance housing with a damp cloth.
ENVIRONMENT
At the end of the appliance's useful life, do not
discard it with common household waste. Take is to
an authorized recycling centre. This will help
preserve the environment. When an appliance is at
the end of its useful life, please render it unusable,
i.e. make sure it is impossible to use it again.
Dispose of the appliance in the appropriate way.
Contact your local authorities regarding the
possibilities for disposal of waste appliance and
packaging.

European Directive 2012/19/EC on waste electric
and electronic equipment – WEEE. The Directive
specifies the requirements for collection and
management of waste electric and electronic
equipment effective in the entire European Union.
