5.3.4 Clutch control
Check the fluid level every 50 hours.
The reservoir, which is installed under the central casing guard see N° 8 fig. 13-
14, must be three-quarters full.
It is advisable to use AGIP OSO 15 oil.
The circuit needs no specific maintenance. Just check the level frequently.
5.4 RADIATOR
Keep the radiator core clean. Use a jet of compressed air from the side opposite
the air flow created by the fan.
Every 8-10 hours check the coolant level in the expansion reservoir 2, Fig. 12.
When the engine is cold, the level should be around the halfway mark.
It is advisable to use FIAT PARAFLU 11
Change the coolant every 2 years. Amount required is around 7-8 litres.
Drain the coolant from the tap at the bottom left of the radiator.
Do not open the radiator expansion reservoir when the engine is
hot. The coolant is under pressure and at a high temperature and
is therefore a hazard and can cause severe burns.
5.5 AIR FILTER
The filter (1, Fig. 12) should be cleaned when warning light 7, Fig. 3 comes on.
To clean the filter, use a jet of compressed air from the inside towards the
outside. Change the filter cartridge as needed or at least every 300 hours.
5.6 SEAT
The seat can be adjusted horizontally (distance from steering wheel) and
vertically (height):
Horizontal regulation with lever 13, Fig. 1-2.
Vertical regulation with knob 16, Fig. 1-2.
Seat comfort performance adjustment with lever 17, fig.1-2.
