For multiple channel application, Please make sure the tubing length in
the cartridge and the stress on the tubing are almost the same, to
minimize the flow rate difference between the channels.
Note:
1) For multiple channels, the flow rate will not be identical. The
difference might be minimized by fine adjusting the Set Screw for
occlusion adjustment.
2) When the pump is running, the rollers squeeze the tubing to
deliver the liquid. Please check the tubing regularly and replace it
before it wears out.
3) Because of the tubing wear, the flow rate would become smaller
after a period of use, adjust the speed or recalibrate the pump
when necessary.
4) Do not tighten the Set Screw too much. As long as the pump head
can deliver liquid, the screw is tight enough.
