Q
The following message is displayed when trying to convert.
A The codec not supported by the Movie Convertor is used.
→ We recommend you to install the other codec (pack) if any problem is occur-
red during processing.
Q It can not be converted with the message “The total playing time can not be
retrieved.”.
A The actual file size is different from the one recorded at the file.
→ The conversion is supported for the normal video file.
Q The file normally playing at the Windows Media Player is not converted.
A It may be occurred when the codec not supported by the Movie Convertor is
installed.
→ We recommend you to install the other codec (pack).
It may be occurred when the video/audio is cut or skipped during playing the
media file.
→ The conversion is supported for the normal video file.
The problem may be occurred within the installed codec.
→ We recommend you to install the other codec (pack).
