FAQ related to video conversion
Q The conversion is successful, but the audio is not played.
A No audio information of the original media file.
→ Check the audio information at the Windows media player.
The codec supporting the audio format of the original media file is not installed.
→ We recommend you to install the latest codec (pack).
Q The conversion failure result of “The file is damaged” is displayed.
A The original media file is not normal or damaged.
→ It supports only the normal video file.
* It is usually occurred for the file stored at real time via the internet.
Q After the file is added, the state of “impossible to convert” is displayed at the list.
A The audio/video codec for playing the original media file is not installed.
→ We recommend you to install the latest codec (pack).
It is occurred when the broken file name is displayed after the file is added.
→ After changing the name of the original file in English, add the file.
