Troubleshooting

1. After the waveform generator is powered on, the screen remains dark,

please do the following steps:

(1) Check the power cable’s connection.

(2) Ensure the power switch is turned on.

(3) After the inspections above, restart the waveform generator.

(4) If the generator still doesn’t work after the checking, please contact

GLOBAL SPECIALTIES.

2. If there is no signal wave output after setting the parameters, please

do as following steps:

(1) Check whether the BNC cable has connected with output channel or not.

(2) Check whether the output button have been turned on or not.
