DALI
DALI (Digital Adressable Light Interface)
är ett standardiserat digitalt protokoll som
möjliggör individuell adressering (64
adresser), gruppering (16 grupper) och
skapande av ljusscener (16 scener). DALI
kan också fungera som en enkel kontroll
där alla enheter på bussen gör samma sak
(broadcast). Ingen programmering krävs i så
fall. Styrkablarna måste ha 230V isolering
till nätet och ett tvärsnitt tillräckligt stort så att
det inte finns något signifikant spänningsfall.
Installation (EN)
The building phase
The luminaires should not be connected to
a temporary electricity supply. An unstable
supply can damage the electronics in the
luminaire. Always connect the luminaires
when there is no incoming voltage. Any
plastic film covering the optic must be
removed before the luminaires are put into
long-term use.
Fuses and ELCBs
(earth leakage circuit breakers)
It is recommended that Type C automatic
fuses are used. Information about how
many luminaires that can be used on one
fuse is available on our website. Fuses may
not contain mixed loads, such as magnetic
(inductive) loads and electronic loads.
Luminaires with electronic / high-frequency
(HF) ballast direct a maximum of 1mA
leakage current to the ground.
Connection
The supply cable must be of a quality that
can withstand exposure to UV radiation and
heat from the luminaires and light sources.
Even if temperature conditions inside the
luminaires are within the requirements,
it may be that the power cable is not of
a sufficient quality to withstand this. The
supply cable must be protected from direct
radiation from the florescent light sources by
means of lightproof casing or similar. If the
supply cable is routed through the luminaire,
both possible UV radiation and the impact
of heat from the luminaire components on
the cable needs to be taken into account.
Megger Test
The luminaires can be megger tested with
a maximum of 500V DC. The voltage
is applied between the earth and the
paired phases. Please note: Disconnect
the nominal voltage before loosening the
neutral conductor. If meggering is carried
out incorrectly, it will damage the electronics
in the luminaire.
Driver / Ballast
The lifetime of the driver/ballast is
influenced by temperature and the quality
of the supply voltage. Rated failure of the
components is 0,2% per 1000 hours at
the luminaires maximum allowed ambient
temperature. However, a loss of around
10% may be expected during this period.
Transients and spikes, as well as connection
to disturbed mains supply, will drastically
reduce lifetime.
Light control
When dimming luminaires, electronic ballast
/ drivers designed for dimming should
always be used and suitable dimmers must
be installed.
Fluorescent light sources in dimming
luminaires should be illuminated for 100
hours at full light before being dimmed. This
is necessary in order to achieve optimal
lifetime of the light source.
Analogue dimming 1-10V (HFDa)
Luminaires for analogue dimming have
their own terminal for a polarised two-wire
control cable. Brightness is controlled by
a potentiometer or an applied voltage
between 1-10V. The control cables must
have 230V insulation to the circuit and a
cross-section large enough so that there is
no significant voltage drop. On a 230V
circuit, an on/off light switch is required.
Switch dim / Digital dimming (HFDd)
Luminaires for digital dimming have their
own terminal for a polarised two-wire
control cable and receive digital signals.
The connection is unpolarised and both off/
on switching and adjustment take place via
the control cables. The control cables must
have 230V insulation to the circuit and a
cross-section large enough so that there is
no significant voltage drop.
DALI

grouping (16 groups) and creating light
scenes (16 scenes). DALI can also act as
a simple control where all devices on the
bus do the same thing (broadcast). No
programming is required in that case. The
control cables must have 230V insulation to
the circuit and a cross-section large enough
so that there is no significant voltage drop.
Asennus (FI)
Rakennusvaihe
Valaisimia ei saa kytkeä väliaikaiseen
työmaasähköön. Epävakaa sähköverkko
voi vaurioittaa valaisimien elektronisia
komponentteja. Valaisimia kytkettäessä
tulee varmistua siitä, ettei syöttöjohdossa
ole jännitettä. Valaisien optiikoita suojaavat
muovikalvot on poistettava ennen kuin
valaisin otetaan käyttöön.
Sulakkeet ja vikavirtasuojakytkimet
On suositeltavaa käyttää C-käyrän
johdonsuoja-automaatteja. Suurimmat
sallitut valaisinmäärät yhden
johdonsuoja-automaatin takana on
kerrottu kuormitustaulukossa, joka
löytyy internetsivuiltamme kohdasta
”Kuormitustaulukko”. Sulakkeen tai
johdonsuoja-automaatin taakse ei
saa kytkeä sekalaista kuormaa, kuten
induktiivisia kuristimia ja kapasitiivisia
elektronisia liitäntälaitteita. Elektronisella
liitäntälaitteella varustetut valaisimet
päästävät maksimissaan 1mA vuotovirran
maajohtimeen.
Kytkentä
Syöttökaapelin on kestettävä UV- ja
lämpösäteilyä, jota valaisin tuottaa.
Vaikka valaisimen lämpötila on valaisimille
sallituissa rajoissa, kaikki kaapelit eivät
tätä lämpötilaa kestä. Syöttökaapeli on
suojattava valonlähteen aiheuttamalta
suoralta säteilyltä esimerkiksi koteloimalla.
Mikäli syöttökaapeli johdetaan valaisimen
läpi, on otettava huomioon valaisimen
komponenttien aiheuttama UV- ja
lämpösäteily.
Eristysvastusmittaus
Eristysvastusmittaus voidaan suorittaa
maksimissaan 500V DC. Testausjännite
kytketään suojamaan ja yhdistettyjen
vaihejohtimien väliin. Huom: kytke
syöttöjännite pois päältä ennen
nollajohtimen irrottamista. Väärin suoritettu
eristysvastusmittaus vaurioittaa valaisimen
elektroniikkakomponentteja.
Liitäntälaite / ohjain
Liitäntälaitteen / ohjaimen elinikä riippuu
voimakkaasti lämpötilasta ja syöttöjännitteen
laadusta. Arvioitu vikaantumismäärä on
0,2% jokaista 1000 käyttötuntia kohden,
valaisimen ympäristön lämpötilan ollessa
korkein sallittu. Kuitenkin 10% vikaantuminen
on vielä normaalin rajoissa. Transientit
ja jännipiikit, kuten myös epäpuhdas
syöttöjännite, lyhentävät elinikää
merkittävästi.
